According to the Spiegel, 21,9 млн francs received honorary FIFA president Joao Havelange, at the time headed the union, and his son, Ricardo Teixeira. Approximately 1.1 million Paraguayans got Nicolas Leoz, the current head of the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), and 24.7 thousand francs received Hapyatu Cameroonian Issa, who heads the Confederation of African Football.

The fate of 110 million Swiss francs is still unclear. It is possible that this is only part of the corrupt payments, which became known.

At the moment the suspicion of law enforcement officers called 216 deals.

Recall that in March 2012, FIFA agreed to undertake new reforms to combat corruption.

Football Federation reputation suffered greatly because of allegations of bribery and vote rigging during the 2011 elections, in which Blatter was re-elected, and in the election of the country for the World Cup 2018 and 2022.
