Harverst manufactures equipment for HARP

Kharkiv Machine-Tool Plant "Harverst" makes for Kharkov Bearing Plant 39 special machines as part of a comprehensive program of modernization and renewal of the equipment HARP:

intragrinding machines for grinding cylindrical surface of the roller track outer rings — 10.;
Automatic duplex bortikoshlifovalnye — 2 units.;
semi-automatic cylindrical grinding for grinding outer rings — 1 unit.;
intragrinding versatile machines for processing conical cylindrical and spherical surfaces of the bearing rings — 2 units.;
Special cylindrical grinding machines for grinding treadmill rolling roller bearing inner ring — 6 units.;
centerless cylindrical grinding machines for grinding outer cylindrical surfaces of the outer ring and the outer surfaces of the sides of the Rings ball bearings — 4 units.;
centerless cylindrical grinding machines for grinding rollers — 7 units.;
centerless cylindrical grinding machines for grinding outer cylindrical surfaces of the outer ring and the outer surfaces of the sides of the Rings roller bearings — 2 units.;
cylindrical grinding machines for grinding outer rings — 2 units.;
bortikoshlifovalnye machines for processing end side of the inner ring roller bearings — 3 units.

Equipment ordered Kharkov Bearing Plant for the production of railway traction roller bearings to significantly increase capacity and ensure high quality products.

Currently, 11 machines ready to be put into operation at the customer site. Production of 12 machines is in the final stages of production and preparation for acceptance testing. New models of machine tools for internal and external machining the bearing rings that have implemented the most modern design and technological solutions, passed the stage of design and put into production.

Machines have a number of innovative design solutions which allow to considerably improve the quality of machined surfaces. All machines are equipped with modern components:

servoelektrodvigatelyami HC series complete with servo drives manufactured by Mitsubishi (Japan) to coordinate movements;
control relays touch manufactured by Marposs (Italy);
active control devices (PAC) the size of the workpiece production PPE "Robocon" (Russia);
limit switches manufactured by Balluff (Germany);
management systems (UUKP) based on a programmable logic controller, manufactured by Mitsubishi;
electrical cabinets with forced cooling Rittal (Germany).

The design of machines allows for automatic integration into existing transport system.
