PACE will make out the situation in Belarus

In April last year the Assembly on the report of the PACE open a discussion Estonian parliamentarian Andreas Erkelya. As adopted at the end of debate, the Assembly resolution urged countries not members of the European Union to join the sanctions, which are first introduced, the Brussels against high-ranking Belarusian officials. The European Union in 2006 meeting in Luxembourg approved for 12 months so called "Blacklist" of official representatives of Belarus, which is prohibited in check EU countries. The list — 31 people.
In January, visited Belarus PACE President René van der Linden, who said that the cooperation between Belarus and Europe can only be after the democratization of the country, primarily after the release of political prisoners.
