Our homeland has rejected proposals of Belarus in the development of the Customs Union

Our homeland but opposed the proposal and Kazakhstan did not support any of the parties. Belarus also claimed to introduce a rule that forbade members to one place to change the customs export duties in respect of third-country nationals in one-sided manner. Our homeland, in turn, did not support the Belarusian proposals because "export duties play a specific role in the regulation of foreign trade of the Russian Federation."
"For example, export duties on energoelementy immediately make the function of natural resource rents, and untreated timbers — regulator for efficient use of forest resources", — said the Russian side.
Press office of the Secretariat of the Integration Committee of the Eurasian community with reference to EurAsEC Secretary General Grigory Rapota confirmed that "stored inside the EEC fundamentally differences in the preparation of documents for the creation of the Customs Union," reports BelaPAN.
