«Standing post» dates back to the ancient system dachentsyuan. It is divided into two areas: «standing pillar of Cherishing Life» and «pillar of combat.» The following describes the first. «Standing pillar» — medical, wellness and strengthening technique, based on the patterns of growth and development of the tree with deep roots. There are many varieties of poses in the «standing pillar», but all of them can be summarized as follows: the «natural state», «trehkrugovoe state», «state with pressing down» and «mixed state pillar.»
According to the degree of difficulty can be divided into three types: «standing pillar» in the high, middle and bottom rack. High rack involves a slight bending of the knees, it does not require much effort, designed for elderly people and those with a weak constitution.
