400g minced turkey

1 clove of garlic, crush

1 onion, shallots, finely chopped

50 g plain low-fat yogurt

1 tomato, we shall cut ringlets

WHAT TO DO

1. How should repent grill. While heated, mix in a bowl with the minced garlic and half onion, Sculpt four patties. Put them on a baking tray and grill for mildew on each bit of olive oil.

2. Fire away burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side — they should be golden brown.

3. Mix the yogurt, herbs, xylitol, and the remnants of you is the shallots sauce.

4. Bring burgers in a bun with lettuce, tomato rings and, of course, sauce.
