Rice noodles with squid.

Products:

Rice noodles — 250g

Kalmar — 3 pieces.

Onions — 1 pc.

Chili pepper — 1 pc.

Garlic — 2 cloves

Sesame oil — 2 tbsp. l.

Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. l.

Salt, green onion — to taste

4 portions 30 minutes

Preparation:

1 rice noodles fill with water at room temperature for 15 minutes, then drain and pour boiling water, leave for 2 minutes, fold in a colander.

2 0chistite squid and cut into thin strips. Onions, garlic, chilli and chop.

3 Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the chilli, garlic and onion until soft, add the squid and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste and add the lemon juice.

4 Put the noodles to the pan and stir.

5 Cut the green onions diagonally, add the noodles and stir again.

By the way:

Sesame oil gives a peculiar flavor of ready-made meals, but it can be replaced by any other vegetable oil.

ASIAN MIX.

Products:

Minced meat — 400 g

Zucchini — 200g

Canned corn — 100 g

Green peas — 100 g

Beans — 100 g

Sweet pepper — 1 pc.

Onions — 1 pc.

Chili pepper — 1 pc.

Soy sauce — 3 tablespoons. l.

Fish sauce — 1 tbsp. l.

A mixture of pepper — to taste

Vegetable oil — for frying.

4 portions 30 minutes

Preparation:

1 Cut the vegetables into cubes, chop the chili.

2 Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and chili peppers until soft, add the mince and cook for 5 minutes.

3Dobavte green beans, zucchini and bell pepper, cook for another 5 minutes, add the corn and peas and stir.

4 Pour the fish and soy sauce, pepper and a willingness to try.

By the way:

Fish sauce gives the dish "Asian" taste, but if you could not find it, do not worry — this ingredient can be excluded.

PLOV BUKHARA.

Products:

Mutton — 500 g

Raisins — 100 g

Vegetable oil — 100 ml

Figure — 2 tbsp.

Carrots — 3 pieces.

Onions — 3 pcs.

Cumin — 1/2 hr. Liter.

Salt, black pepper — to taste

6 servings, 1 hour

Preparation:

1 Raisins rinse and steam out in hot water. Carrot and onion cut into cubes. Meat cut into slices about 3 cm.

Figure 2, rinse several times in warm water until until it becomes transparent.

3 Heat the oil in a cauldron, fry the meat until golden brown, add onions and fry a little. Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes. Add raisins to meat. Pour 2 cups of water, salt, pepper, add the cumin and bring to a boil, simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

4 Add to the meat washed rice, level, add water so that it covered the figure of 2 cm, cover the kettle lid and simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes, without stirring.

5 Once the water boils away, check the readiness of rice if the rice is ready — add a little water and simmer until tender.

6 Remove the risotto from the heat, cover the pan, wrap in a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes.

By the way:

Instead you can cook lamb pilaf with pork or chicken.

Cabbage lasagna with porcini mushrooms

Products:

Cabbage — 1 kg

White mushrooms — 500 g

Cheese — 100 g

Onions — 1 pc.

Carrots — 1 pc.

Vegetable oil — for frying

Salt, black pepper — to taste

6 servings, 1 hour

Preparation:

1 cabbage disassemble the leaves, leaves about 15 lower for a couple of minutes in boiling salted water, then fold in a colander. The remaining cabbage leaves finely chop.

2 cheese grate.

3 carrots, onions, mushrooms, cleaned, cut into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil about 5 minutes. Add the shredded cabbage and simmer for another 5 minutes, add salt to taste.

4 Fopmy baking (brush with butter, put a layer of cabbage leaves, put them on half the filling. Place another layer of cabbage leaves, and the second half of the filling, cover with remaining cabbage leaves.

5 Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, then sprinkle with grated cheese, black pepper and bake another 5 minutes.

PORK WITH APPLES.

Products:

Pork — 2 steak, 200 g

Apple — 1 pc.

Onions — 1 pc.

Vodka — 2 tbsp. l.

Butter — 1 tbsp. l.

Salt, black pepper — to taste

Vegetable oil — for frying

2 portions, 45 min

Preparation:

1 onion and apple dice. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onions until golden brown, add the apples and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the vodka, stir well to evaporate the alcohol, and place butter. Warm up for a minute in a pan and remove from heat. Stewed apples, lightly grind for more homogeneous.

2 Heat a little oil in a frying pan. On the prepared steaks make a shallow transverse incisions, good salt and pepper on all sides.

3 Fry the steaks on a well-heated frying pan for a minute on each side, to the meat. «Sealed», and then reduce heat and cook on each side for 5 minutes with the lid closed.

4 Serve the pork with apple sauce and mashed potatoes.
