The council organized the school voir our factory we use in the classroom have the results of innovators. They have solved many problems, but after the introduction of the techniques or methods of solutions are often overlooked. Having reviewed the technical solutions for several years, and select those in which traced the reception, we have grouped and were the basis for the training program.
It is better if the program meets the specifics of the enterprise, take into account his experience, introduces students to the nature of local problems. In the theoretical part of our program on concrete examples illustrates the use of various methods in technical creativity, practical — problems for independent solution. The plant was published my booklet «The Way to be creative,» where concisely outlined a possible program of such studies.
For four years, I have accumulated some experience. Each session we start with the theoretical part, the students then decide jointly decided once the task. Its terms reflect the situation that existed before submitting a proposal. Accepted for consideration, even absurd-looking solutions. The discussion of each proposal with an analysis of the positive and negative sides leads to one or more of the decisions, which are sometimes more interesting implementation. Lead should not hamper the initiative of students to exercise tact in the evaluation of the proposed solutions to — then everyone will understand what may be involved in technical creativity.
Each year, more than half of students previously not involved in technical creativity, get their first certificate for rationalization proposals and, importantly, do not stop. A significant part of our inventors to start school.
Useful training for young professionals who do not have the skills or the inventive rationalization work. Then they quickly mastered the production before beginning to work as hard.
Special attention to young workers who come to the factory. Craving for technical creativity has many of them, and we must help them to overcome, so to speak, «the input impedance.» And now we move on. VOIR Council decided to extend the factory occupations of our school on the sponsored students and vocational school begin to teach them «to the innovators.»
