Accreditation of the joint standard of the United States and Canada will be through the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) (US) and the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) (Canada).
Standard A17.7 / B44.7 includes an assessment of the project design, activities, inspection, testing, maintenance, modifications and repair of systems, subsystems, components, and / or functions that do not fit into the framework of prescriptive standards A17.1 / B44, the following points :

Upon completion of testing for compliance with the PBC and after evaluation documents relevant standards (CCD), the company TUV SUD America will issue a certificate of compliance.
