1. Cornerstone’s ResinDek.

These engineered wood panels from Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products are designed for material-handling businesses, meaning they are extra durable and capable of supporting weight loads up to 8,000 pounds. 2. Ultra Cork, Panorama Post Topless Glass System.

Duradek’s newest offerings include three new shades of its Ultra Cork line and a new Panorama Post topless glass system. Ultra Cork is now available in Natural, Espresso, and Macchiato styles, creating a natural-looking cork pattern. 3. EverNew Deck Collection.

CertainTeed offers three new product lines under its EverNew Deck Collection. The four-color EverNew Vinyl line boasts a hollow, vinyl profile with a non-porous surface that cleans easily and is stain-, scratch-, and fade-resistant. EverNew LT, available in six colors, creates the look and feel of real wood while protecting against mold, stains, and fading. EverNew PT is engineered for maximum strength, sporting a wood-plastic composite core. The reversible boards come in four grain patterns and six colors. 4. ChoiceDek Railing.

MoistureShield offers up this take on classic wood deck speed railings, now in a composite format. Railing accessories are available (exclusively at Lowe’s) in prepackaged kits; completion of a 6-foot section of railing requires one Speed Rail Kit, one Baluster Kit, and a pair each of post sleeves, post caps, and post collars. 5. MicroPro Sienna Pressure-Treated Wood.

These pressure-treated wood panels are low-VOC and achieve the look of real cedar through MicroPro’s patented wood preservative process. No staining is required but homeowners can change the color if they so choose at a later date. Boards can be used for decking, fencing, landscaping, railings, lattice, and other outdoor projects. 6. Perennial Wood Decking.

The new 1-inch by 4-inch deck boards in Perennial Wood’s lineup—finished in real mahogany—are designed to complement New England outdoor living environments. 7. Viance Ecolife.

Ecolife Stabilized Weather-Resistant Wood offers improved durability over other treated lumber products, including a 50 percent reduction in surface cracking and checking. Users do not have to apply water repellent immediately after installation, and can wait up to three years to do so. Designed for above-ground applications, Ecolife is less corrosive to building code-approved fasteners and can be used in direct contact with aluminum, even in continuously wet applications. 8. Wolf PVC Decking.

Wolf’s extensive line of PVC decking is now available in nine colors across four collections. The newest is the Island Collection, a color palette that includes Light Garape, Ipe, and Mahogany. All boards are highly moisture-resistant and engineered for high durability and UV resistance. They are also protected against mold, mildew, rot, staining, scratching, warping, and splitting. 9. Horizon Mission Railing.

Now available in Dark Walnut, this flat-profile railing option complements both traditional and modern deck designs. Horizon Mission railings are easy to install and maintain, available in 6-foot and 8-foot lengths. Fiberon also offers 6-foot stair kits and 6-foot and 8-foot stair sections with matching square balusters and hardware. All Horizon Mission railings are drink- friendly and compatible with Fiberon’s ClearVision System for an unobstructed view. 10. AZEK Rail Metal Balusters.

These metal balusters from AZEK provide a stronger, direct connection with deck railings thanks to the extruded screw chase, eliminating the need for unattractive plastic connectors. Offered in round and square styles, no cutting is required on the jobsite, and balusters are available in four lengths (29, 31, 35 and 37 inches).
